Why The Reset exists

Running a business is full-on. Even when things are going well, it’s hard to properly switch off.

Most people push through that. Keep going. Stay “on”.

But without creating space to step back, it catches up - mentally, physically, and in how you show up day to day.

The Reset is about doing something different.

It’s a chance to pause, recharge, and reconnect. Not just with yourself, but with a group of people who understand the reality of running a business.

It’s also a moment to celebrate something personal - Dani recently qualifying as a yoga instructor, and she wanted to create the space to share that with a group of women she genuinely enjoys being around.

Who’s coming

This isn’t an open event.

It’s a carefully put together group of around 20-25 local female business owners and leaders. People Dani knows, rates, and trusts to bring the right energy into the room.

People who are building, leading, and navigating the same kinds of challenges, even if their businesses look completely different on the surface.

Some will know each other. Many won’t.

That’s part of the point.

The mix is deliberate, designed to create a relaxed, open networking environment where conversations happen naturally, and connections actually mean something.

How the day flows

The Reset has a natural rhythm to it - structured enough to guide you through the day, but relaxed enough that nothing feels forced. You'll leave lighter, sharper, and quietly buzzing, with a few new people in your corner who get what running a business actually takes.

  • Arrive at Iveridge Hall and settle into the space. Grab a welcome drink, take a breath, and start to shift out of work mode.

  • We’ll begin with a guided session led by newly qualified Yoga Instructor, Dani. This isn’t about Yoga experience or ability - it’s designed to help you slow things down, reset your focus, and properly arrive in the day.

  • Move between the hot tubs, sauna, steam room, ice barrel or simply find a quiet spot to sit and switch off. No structure, no schedule - just time to unwind properly.

  • We’ll come back together for food, with a DJ set easing the afternoon along.

    This is where the day naturally shifts - relaxed conversation, good energy, and the kind of environment where you can just be yourself.

    Stay in the spa, grab a drink, dip in and out, it’s up to you.

Tucked just outside Leeds, Iveridge Hall offers a private, relaxed spa setting designed for exactly this kind of day.

With exclusive use of the spa garden, you’ll have space to unwind properly - from hot tubs and thermal pools to quiet corners to sit, switch off and breathe.

Everything is taken care of, so you can just arrive and enjoy it.
