    Each evening follows the same rhythm: arrive, settle in over drinks, then sit down together for dinner in a quiet setting. The conversation flows naturally, but we'll introduce a question or theme to the table - something real, something relevant, something worth chewing over.

    You'll be seated alongside other founders and business owners from across our client base, different industries, different stages, all navigating the same challenges. The mix is deliberate. The thinking is better for it.

    You'll leave with a full stomach, a fresh perspective and a few new people in your corner.

    The Gathering is exclusively for Wainwright Consulting clients. It’s one of the things that comes with working with us - access to a room full of ambitious, grounded business owners who are building, growing and figuring things out in real time.

    This isn’t a networking event, and it’s not a room full of strangers exchanging pleasantries. Everyone at the table has been chosen for a reason. They’re people we know, people we work closely with, and people we believe will add something to the conversation, not just take from it.

    You’ll be sat alongside founders and business owners from a range of industries and stages of growth. Some will be a few steps ahead of you, some right alongside you, and some facing completely different challenges but all of them will recognise the reality of running a business. The pressure, the decisions, the moments where it’s not as straightforward as it looks from the outside.

    What brings the room together isn’t what the businesses do, it’s how the people in them think. Open, honest, practical. Willing to share what’s working, what’s not, and what they’re still figuring out.
